Service Description
Elf Messenger is a parent-guided holiday storytelling and messaging service. Children may view and submit messages as part of a supervised family experience.
Eligibility and Parent Responsibility
- Accounts are controlled by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents are responsible for supervising child use and message content.
- Parents control reply behavior, uploaded media, and account settings.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- No attempts to interfere with service integrity or security.
- No impersonation of support staff or unauthorized access attempts.
Account Actions
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
Data and Privacy
Use of the service is subject to the Children's Privacy Policy, Data-Retention Policy, and Account and Child-Data Deletion Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
