Current Billing State
If you join during the free trial period from Thanksgiving through December 1st, no subscription charges are applied during the trial.
Paid Plans (When Activated)
- The annual family plan is $4.99 per year.
- The trial ends on December 1st, after which paid billing begins if you continue.
- Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the initial paid charge.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are reviewed and corrected promptly.

Contact support with your purchase details, family identifier, and the email used for billing so the request can be verified.
